I am starting for the first time today as well. I should have read some of these before this morning because i drank my quart of salt water and then just jumped in the car and went to work. Boy did i get a surprise when i got there...

The lemonade is not bad but I don't know if i can do the salt water again! YUK!

Let me know if you have any advice for those of you who have done it before.
