Do you have the fat pcos or the skinny pcos? The key to all of that, either one, is eating healthy and staying thin or at a healthy weight. I was able to get off the pill and realized I was very fertile too. As long as you take vitamins, maintain a healthy Diet and make sure you aren't deficient in anything, then you should balance your hormone levels and you won't have any symptoms at all of Pcos.
