I am a Type !! diabetic on insulin. I use applecider vinegar to bring my Sugar down when it is totally out of control. Anything over 150 I will mix one teaspoon with one cup of water and drink down, When it get around to 250 or more I use 1 T, gets it down to 180 pretty quickly. I don't do this very often, just if it's thrown off for an unknown reason. If it goes back up and I didn't cheat I know I have infection and call my doctor for an antibiotic.
