Hi, i'm just found out about this urine theraphy and decide tp give it a try. I want to know the proper way to aged or fermenting our urine like should we keep it air tight or better with gap during the fermentation and how long should it take ? And is it safe to do enema with aged or fermented urine. Thank you.
