Ok, so, I did the juice thing in the morning, which I had intended to do all day, BUT, decided to do fruit in the afternoon.  The oranges that I bought were not that good, and I had TONS of fruit in the fridge.  Did ok with that, ate slowly etc.  In the evening tho, after church my HUSBAND, the culprit, wants Ice cream at braums. NOOOO, I said.  So he says, Why not, Ice cream is good for you.   I did not eat ice cream, no way, no how.  I settled for Jasons deli, and had salad bar.  Not a good idea on your first day off MC!  I did eat raw, except....except that stupid boiled egg!! Guess that opened the bile ducts, duh!  Was up half the night going to the bathroom.  Didnt feel that great this morning.  Learn from my mistakes, ladies.
