I am starting again today as well.
And my daughter is trying it for the first time.
I did well the first time and enjoy doing it. I looked forward to starting
again today. I also went back to my eating habits and now realize what
I need to do to be successful after a cleanse.

Others have noticed the weight loss and are interested in the Master-Cleanse and I give
them a copy of the program.

I like the SW best. I am going for 10 days. My daughter 5...
If I can continue I will try for 15 or 20. My real goal is 30 sometime this year.
