you appear to have wisdom and did not offer a solution to the original poster?

humans are not meant to take high doses of Iodine for many years to solve a deficiency, water can kill you if you drink too much. everything in moderation.

long term doses of grams of Iodine would cause a heart attack because it is an oxidant, and oxidants inflame cholesterol, calcium, and fats in the arteries.

trapper couldn't make enough of his own anti oxidants in his old age after a lifetime on high doses of iodine.

i came here begging for help with several posts and had to figure out myself that celtic Sea Salt would help my palpitations.

you people with wisdom are the mean ones without compassion, not i.
