Hey, I wanna try Water Fasting soon but im currently taking tryptophan for my depression. (No doctor presbribed it - im currently not in therapy)
Im quite good atm but I dont know if I should or can or need to stop taking tryptophan while on a water fast.
Also I'm on the birth control pill and I dont want to stop and I cant in the middle of the cycle.
What do you think?
Can the body even process those capsles while on a water fast?
