Are you fasting to cure depression, or have you encountered Depression during the first few days of your water fast?

Many unpleasant symptoms encountered during any Water Fast can be prevented by taking clean water enema during the first days of the water fast.

Also, coffee enema can be a good procedure to do days leading to the water fast, a it can help cleanse both liver and intestines.
