My hair got so thin, I was thinking seriously of cutting is short.

What stopped me is- short would still look thin. I thought that I would maybe wear it up more often to disguise it's thinness. But eventually my hair grew back!

The front is much better which is very important to me. My hairline is square-ish, so any thinness looks terrible! It is still a bit thin in the very middle of the part line, at the top of my crown.

So I still have a way to improve. Most people can't tell.

There's a long standing hair secret out there. It's pre-natal vitamins.

I've heard of many women feeling sick from the extra iron in it.

I've been trying to figure out WHAT exactly is my body loving in multi-vitamins. What it's loving means I'm lacking from my diet.

So here's a comparison of 2 multi-vitamins (adult vs. prenatal).

They BOTH have:

vit A, beta-carotene, vit D3, vit C, Vit E,vit B1, vit B2, vit B6, vit B12, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, biotin, folate, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, chromium, manganese, and iodine.

The other has more:

vit K1, vit B3, phosphorus, selenium, potassium, choline, inositol, boron, amino acid complex (17 ingredients), grape seed extract, co-enzyme Q-10, dimethyl glycine, paba, citrus bioflavonoids, and GDL.

So one of the extra ingredients is still lacking in my diet.

My 1st, "No way! "You're 40?"

Many people who know me have told me how healthy I look now. (They remember how terrible I looked before)

But what has been even more special, was talking to a 23 year old. We talked like we were just 2 girls. I was encouraging her to take better care of her health, and that after 40 like I am, all damage you do to the body accumulates.

And she was so surprised that I was actually talking from experience :) and commented the above.

It really made me feel how special detox is. I am only at age 26 in my detox. I fully expect to be done detox in the next couple years (hopefully!)

It took 4 years to get to this point, but my detox is moving extremely quick right now, and my body is strong enough to handle it.

So at 43, I should look much younger than I do now! It means that aging could actually be fun, if no one believes your age :)
