Prior to pregnancy I was on 150mg Lugols for some time. I was/am way past detox symptoms etc.. Just comfortably taking 150mg. I got pregnant and decided to continue with the 150mg dose. I'm now 14 weeks, still taking the 150mg every day. Baby is doing great. Just want to know peoples opinions... Should I continue with the 150mg all throughout the rest of my pregnancy or should I lower it a little at some point? I've read a few times people lowering their Iodine intake towards the end but also read people keeping dose steady all the way through. I wonder though some times about the 150mg dose I take because it seems on the higher end compared to all the other Iodine taking pregnant women. Just figured I'd hear your thoughts on the subject
