So I started a yeast cleanse yesterday, the solaray where you take 3 pills twice daily. I've always had issues not with constant yeast infections but with inconsistent discharge based on my ovulation cycle (sometimes its clear and normal, sometimes white and creamy, no odor just texture change) so I thought maybe I could have yeast issues that were affecting my ph. So I snagged some solaray and now I think I HAVE a yeast infection? I have burning, itching, LOTS of typical infection (thick and chunky) discharge that's coming out like crazy. My diet is no alcohol, no meat, no dairy. I do eat bread. Should I stop the cleanse??
