Oh i get what you mean, so your saying its not nesseserily an allergic reation to everything i eat, but 1 thing for example gluten which then makes my bottom lip so irritated, every other food triggers it.

Im not sure why it only effects my bottom lip though, very strange. I really cant stand vegetables so a vegan diet would be tough to try. Ill look into a keto diet and see how that goes, thanks for the info
