swf- use what works for you. in the book it is rec. that you change the amount of salt if the teaspoon measurement doesnt work for you. so 2 tbs is fine for you instead of the 2 tsps.

1/10 teaspoon - that is like just the tip of a spoon. around the size of an asprin.
you can use less if it burns you. the book also says it is more or less to you taste.
