I am with you; it’s crippling. This infection/disease is more prevalent in tissues than in GI tract.

May be flystrike. Do you have occasional vibrations, stings?

Attacked my spine, neck, knees, among other joints/tissues.

Let us know if you find any relief. I found Albenza most helpful. Doctor refused to refill a minimal prescription.
