or ...not.... took a silver leaf & a gold leaf 2 days ago..

after a warm neti pot, gargle with Now brand "natures blend", clove oils in (3%peroxide sometimes diluted) & brushing, me head always feels better

at work I swim in bisphenol laden plastics dust.
