I'm sorry I did lose track of this thread; I doubt anyone even looks at it anymore as I haven't. I DID get rid of them eventually. Its very high doses of the medicine taken in intervals as described in earlier entries. Not sure if anything else really worked except that medicine.
I hope you have managed to conquer your infection as well and are in much better shape than when you wrote this!!
