I too had similar results with the castor oil. I didn't use a pack, per we, I just rubbed it on my stomach because I was experiencing severe menstrual discomfort. And it worked! My bloating went down within a few hours. It was incredible! Now I have had 5 children, and I do not have a flat stomach, but my stomach is much tighter than it was.

I feel it is most important to emphasize how quickly my bloating disappeared. I've been using castor oil for hair growth and on a whim decided to rub it on my stomach. So many of us suffer stomach discomfort, especially during menstruation. This works.

What I did: Rub Jamaican Black Castor Oil on abdomen, cover with old cloth or shirt, apply heating pad.
