Hello guys. Few days ago I tried Megaspore probiotics and within minutes I started feeling unwell. I think it was histamine. Anyhow next day I experience joint pain and last night severe headache and I feel like I have food poisoning. I won't be taking this stuff again and I will return them. I think these probiotics are dangerous for me. Has anyone had similar adverse reaction and how long is this going to last. Is there anything I can do to reduce symptoms.
One of the species is Bacillus Licheniformis
