it just makes your heart race, im still trying to figure out how to get it down other than bed rest or not moving around too much out of bed.

i tried all the supplements like hawthorne, magnesium, l carnitine, etc.., i think i need thyroid blocking hormone from the doctor, but i am not sure if it sent me hyperthyroid.

i was hypothyroid before and on my way to severe obesity, i think the iodine stopped me from getting worse into obesity by speeding up my metabolism.

i guess that is the only shining light of this, maybe it will all be for the best one day.
