ive tried all of that except the unrelated condition stuff.

my dentist said to
not use toothpaste & just using mouthwash but no it makes no difference. even using nothing makes no difference. nothing make a difference except the topical ointments (calendula,
clobetasol, tacrolimus). everything else (toothpaste, vitamins, gluten free xyz) seem to be obvious in theory but totally irrelevant in results.
