The GAPS Diet is not high protein. The Intro diet does not have much fiber BUT the Full GAPS diet does have as much fiber as you choose including plenty of fruits to choose, ie. oranges, waermelon, melon, apples, et cet.

If you're in Intro and having constipation, may I suggest you look at gapsdiet dot com for what to do.
