So you take testosterone and HGH without using HCG?
HCG keeps your testicles from shutting down which is extremely important if you think there's ever a chance of stopping your hormone therapy, want to have children, or want to prevent testicle shrinkage. I am 35 and don't have children yet but there's a sliver of a chance I still might have a family so I take the HCG so that I don't become infertile.
I started hormone therapy a few years ago when, for seemingly no reason, I gained a bunch of weight, had zero energy, and suffered all sorts of injuries; my body just seemed "off" and after a lot of tests I finally had my testosterone levels checked and I was at 182 and for my age I should be around 600-800(the average 60 year old has 554)...so yeah my body is not producing testosterone anymore for some reason and that's why I take it.
