I was taking both those on my first 28 day fast with an expert. She said do what you want to do. She likely would have stopped, I took them and to this day still take my teststerone during a fast, however no other supplements do I take. However am I correct that you take the testosterone for anti-aging reasons? IF SO, YOUR NORMAL LEVEL WOULD BE not taking it. Actually, I just realized i was taking HGH not hcg, however if you do have a lower than normal level , I would keep taking it myself.
