That's terrible if mercury is still in nasal sprays.

But you might do well to get Dr. Steven Rochlitz's book on "Porphyria: The Ultimate Cause." It will tell you that mercury and other toxins often cause porphyria and that chronic anxiety, panic attacks are the most common symptoms of porphyria and that it is a common, not rare disease.
