You have GOT to be kidding me. Yes. Those come from vegetables. Because those are vegetable SKINS.

This website is like a magnet for people who have no idea what they're talking about, but feel pretty confident giving wrong information to others.

All of these photos of "liver flukes" that look like tomato skin, apple skin, etc.? It's because that's precisely what they are. Skins are not digested, and they aren't always eliminated right away.
