Many people in Texas, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, etc. are going to have to replace birth certificates that have been lost.

Many of those people have been born on Military Bases in Military Hospitals and they WILL NOT be able to recover their birth certificates from the state where they were born. Those are MILITARY birth certificates that can only be gotten from the VA HOSPITALS.

Apparently, the VA keeps this a secret (military intelligence, you know).

Tell people!
