2 options:

You take digestive enzyme to help digest food during meals _ sometimes I realize having eaten too much, I swallow a digestiveenzuyme to help my liver digest it all. Sometime my liver is suddenly busy fighting the culprits and leaves me there with a tiny meal which does not get digested - I swallow digestive enzymes - dont swallow too many or it will burn into your stomach (if you do, soda in water will help)

Bowel cleanse
You may take psyllium (1/2 to 1 teaspoon) with digestive enzymes and 3 cups of water - to do a Bowel Cleanse - the digestive enzymes will kill the fauna down there.
