wow the green machine sounds really great!!! :D too bad about the price tag :( !!!!

when i make my superfood drink in the morning i tend to alternate between flax oil, coconut oil and olive oil, depending on how i feel that morning :p !! coconut oil smells the best but i think olive oil tastes the best....:o) !! i'm one of those people who actually ENJOY drinking the OO (Olive-Oil) and GRAPEfruit juice mixture for the Liver Flushes :p:p hihi.... (i told you i was a pig and i like to eat practically anything).....

anyway thanks for all the info... actually when i first got your message i thought you were yelling at me and i was all hurt and stuff :p (it was during my second day when i was at my sickest so i was all sensitive and such:p) but then i realized that you were just trying to help :D so i decided to ask questions instead... heheh... and i'm glad i did :> !! i hope i make it to 40 days eventually, but at the moment i'm shooting for 21... after that i will take it a day at a time... it will be my 8th day tomorrow :D !! (and i'm travelling to toronto tomorrow, so it will be a very 'special" vacation :)
