If you have flukes, or helminths you should see a physician. It is good that you only see a few, however, the job of either of these predators are to gain entrance to your organs. Often, these buggers (flukes) can stay in your system up 20 years before detecting them. Many Dr's that test liver or kidneys just report elevated levels of proteins or something which means they don't know. It's up to you, but I have read about the long term affects. and they aren't good!
