I am embarking on a water / urine fast tomorrow. I am hoping to complete 3 weeks, I have completed a 15 day Water Fast 3 years ago so I somewhat know what I am in for.

I am trying to rid myself of this candida. I have tried every dietary change and supplement. Vegetables only for almost 2 years. All low starch and low sugar. It didn't get rid of it. Not to mention a wide array of antifungals.

My only issue is that I have very little body fat. I mean very little, almost no fat on my body. I am runner and stay in good shape.

Will my body be able to complete 3 weeks?

How will I know if it can't?

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
