If you have adrenal fatigue, it’s unliekly you’ll heal everything else until your adrenals are good again. If you are in extreme cases, I few people I know have used NAD to heal. It’s specifically from a special clinic (in NAD patches). They give this to addicts for healing. Although you don’t need to be an addict to use it. Check it out :
