Hello, I tired taking testostone cream. It caused a large reaction. Very blurred vision and foggy head. But how to you know it's die off and not a flare up.. ? There seeems so litttle on testostone and candida on the net . No medical studies. If it's die off I would keep going as the reaction very stong but to be honest I'm not convinced it is and it's not some form of flare up
