Could someone please give me some tips on collecting a stool sample besides how to collect it? I'm struggling to find good ones and when I do I'm never ready.

Would doing an enema be a good idea with a strainer for collection of any worms that come out?

My doctor would like the orange mucous / foamy balls to be collected too but I am never ready when they come.
