I see this thread is old but maybe I will get lucky. I have the same issue with swelling at the top inch and a half entrance to my vagina. Mine is without itching, odor, or any discharge. In fact, I never had any issues at all prior to this. I attempted intercourse and it felt like mounting a knife. That was followed by the urgency felt with a bladder infection. There are no other symptoms. There is no sting or pain when I urinate. I'm not sure how long I've had this but I know it is at least a few weeks now. My husband had health issues that left us obstaining from intercourse for quite some time. Issues were ortho so it isn't related.
