Get a Neti Pot to put the CS in so that you can rinse your sinuses with it. That should help a lot.

Another possibility is to put some VERY MILD Lugol's Iodine in water in the Neti Pot to rinse the sinuses. Note, will burn and you think that the top of your head will come off. I use 1 drop to a quart of water because the nasal passages and sinus area is so sensitive.

However, if you continue to have this much trouble with Staph infection, then you probably have more serious issues such as low immunity. Age, nutrition, and many other factors will influence this.
