Candida IS an autoimmune issue= both

Candida depletes magnesium. ...And magnesium is essential for muscular activity - Epson salt is magnesium + sulphur - excellent cure-
Another way out is to supplement in liquid magnesium:

Use Mg + cl (Chlore) is you suffer from constipation
Use Mg ionic if constipation is not an issue. (equivalent of mg and MSM together - powerful)

The presence of candida in all mucous membranes involves its presence in the lungs. Years ago a user kept mentioning the problem she would experience with her lungs - not me but - my ostheopath did mention feeling a cluster in my left lung.

Meditation/breathing exercises are good to help the weak abdominal muscles to massage the bowels AND for the lungs (I would suggest you visualize health and well-being located in your lungs to program your brain to look into that matter). The body knows how to heal itself. Do trust.
