I can give testimony to Allicin as I recently posted in the eye problems forum. I had on going infections for a long time and now none so there must be something good about it. I didn't know what dose to use and was using 180 x 10 a day mega dose which irritated my stomach. My stomach has healed but I would suggest unlike me you space the capsules out and always take with food.

I'm no doctor but can only tell you it appears to have helped me a lot.

I used Allicinmax which I got from UK Amazon sight.
