If you look on the right pic you can see whattt I'm talking about, I'm talking about tthe INTERNAL sphincter. Can any of you tense that but not the ring? It's come tto my conclusion that my internal one stopped working because for some reason my brain stopped using it, because as you know the brain can gett used to stuff. I wanna know if people can actually use i intentenionally before going asking the doctors because he queue time here in sweden is extremely long, weeks if not more.
