I had been taking 5200 mg of the stuff every day for two weeks before I had to stop a week ago. I stopped because I had some stomach problems that I think were related to the pills, mainly nausea. I am starting to take them again today, half the dosage.

During those two weeks I think there was a very slight improvement, but I am not sure.
