PS im startking to preper to Liver Flush , im not consuming fat , i drinking apple juice , and easy to digest foods , before it i will do some colonic but im afriad of it , whenever i do some enema i fell worst like maybe i wash out my bacteria and yeast is get worst , maybe do not do colonic before that Liver Flush ? i dont have problems with BM i have regular 2 , i dont also have any problem with gas or other symptoms of yeast in bowel
