well all starts after wacation when i was eating , drinking like a hell , and maybe somethings go triger up.. also i start "flushing" my body and now i think all is on my liver cuz i have pains and several insomnia , waking up panic at 22-2:00 pm

what is the best diet ?

i dont have problem with bowel movmensts i have to i think heathly bowel movments dont have diareha or comsitpation..just that damn insomnia :(( i think its my liver cuz it get worst when i put any even small dose of any antifungals
