Update:
Im seeing very good progress !
•After being on a diet for few months, i did a Liver Flush but without any preparetions just Epsom Salt lime juice and oilive oil.
Not much happend.
•im taking glutamine powder, dont know if it have a role.
• i read alot of articles about antifungals and made my self a routine to take an antifungal at morning and before bed its a mix that contains tsp of cinnamon powder, chopped raw garlic and tsp of tumeric.
After about 2 days i got 2 "loose stools" that contained alot of candida colonies (cottage like stuff and stringy yellow/white stuff)
•In The next two days my tongue coating shrinked and became yellow instead of white.
•In those 2 days i got hard stool not a sign of any loose stool, and only visit the toilet once while before i did about 3-5 times a day.
•Im pretty sure i had dieoff symptoms, the first day of the antifugals i felt weak and went to bed like an hour later and got abut dizzy.
Woke up with 2 Acne pimples.
The next day felt weak and had oily skin like i had before the diet.
Had a little hives after shower.
•ATM i dont get hives at all after shower.
So i know im getting cured from alot of symptoms but lips still peel.
