The safest and best way to supplement Iodine is foot painting. Taking Iodine internally forces absorption which can cause issues.

Do this right before going to bed, Place 3 to 5 drops of 5 percent Lugol's Iodine on the insoles of each foot and spread out until well stained and dry.

In the morning,before doing anything else, check both feet, looking for any stain that remains. If there is any stain remaining, then you have enough iodine.
