I have only tried herbs i mixed myself. I have tried all sorts of things. Nothing worked and i was just getting sicker until i was barely functional. I have been in contact with many many sick people and i have never heard that herbs did anything for them. I have been using lots of naturals though to support my immune system and for detoxing.
