Its not as hard as it may seem. My longest was 55 days. and I never felt better in my life. I'm on day 15 now, and I feel great.
If we look at it as a sacrifice, like we are giving up food and it will be hard, then it will be. But instead, I see it as a something very positive. we are giving ourselves good health, and in the meantime learning a lot about foods that we put into our body, and how they affect us.
