Does it matter how diluted your formulas are? Can I add two dropper-fulls to a smoothie and it'll be as effective as an ounce of water? Specifically, I want to start taking the FEM+ but I don't have time to take it separately during the day. I already have like a 4-step process during my day(Juicing, smoothie, get to work on time, mid day vitamins, evening vitamins, sometimes vitamins in the AM too) and I don't feel like adding another step!

What do you think? I don't want to waste the formulas!
