This is the reason it is important to start low and build slow. For next time, just suck on half an orange, then one whole, when you feel hungry, then two, etc. your stomach has no acid and you are dumping so much in your stomach so fast that stomach has hard time processing.

Remedy for this is to just drink warm water with a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Only eat when hungry.
