From your name it sounds like you are a female. Urinary problems for men and women are very different. However, some common things work.

1. Do hot compresses on your lower abdomen, put a hot water bottle and leave it there for at least half hour.

2. Massage the area at the lowest part of bladder, where your pelvic bones meet.

3. Cranberry juice is helpful for better flow.

4. Take warm bath for 45 minutes with 4 cups of Epsom Salt.

5. Rosemary tea is very helpful.

4. Drink lemon juice in water multiple times a day.

5. Barley water is also helpful.
