I've been fasting for 13 days but should have broke my fast way earlier because my tongue and breath had cleared in about a week. I recently broke my fast but drank too much juice too soon. I consumed about four 8 oz cups of juice in a day. Now my stomach is bloated and I feel like nothing is moving or digesting in my stomach. I don't want to drink anything till my stomach goes down. I feel as though I broke my fast incorrectly and I need help asap. What should I do? Thank you.
